Ferland will be on LTIR all season. Vegas will be using LTIR for Weber, who will also not play this season, and Patrick, who is unlikely to play this season. That's why I picked Vegas.

As i stated above, it doesn't have to be Vegas. But Vegas could use some extra goaltenders based on how things went last season. DiPietro isn't bad, he's just young and needs a change in scenery.

Vegas will already be having about 4-5 players on LTIR, Somehow adding Ferland i doubt entices them.
