Good moves.

I wonder if Vegas is going to try to tank at least a little this year. I think they will flip Neal if they can, but I think it'll be for prospects. Just a guess on my part, but they might be a cap floor team and would want Hossa's contract plus Debrincat and picks more than Panarin & Kruger.
