Description
Didn’t go too much into detail regarding cap implications. Just meant to give my opinion as to who I believe the Canucks should trade to kick off this rebuild and what types of assets they should look for in return.

Could have traded Miller two seasons ago for a nice haul, but it wasn't enough. Could have traded him last season for a nice haul, but it wasn't enough. So sign him to 7 more years and then try to trade him? Good luck with that.

I still think he has positive trade value, but I do agree the haul will be diminished from what it could have been. A first from Boston this year is likely to be practically a 2nd rounder with how good they’re are doing, so I figured that plus a Mid prospect is probably fair value

Schenn? worth a 2nd 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 In your dreams bud, Best he gets is a 4th, he is a 6/7 D on a good team with a solid D-core, Brodie & Lilly are ahead of him in TO so a 2nd for a rental is very generous & not likely

Whilst I agree with that, 8 x7 for a guy showing signs of regression isn’t what a GM is going to be too happy about, that deal makes it very difficult to trade without you taking a-lot of salary back Smith + Rielly or Foligno is what needs to be moved
