Description

Eat Cal Petersen's contract for 23/24, buy out final year for 24/25. I don't think anyone will take Myers. That cap hit is just too prohibitive. Miller is not a center. Ekman-Larsson gets bought out in summer of 24. And obviously hoping Van gets lucky at the draft with Bedard.

I think you can do better in a Boeser deal..... probably peal a pick out of that, like a conditional 2nd or 3rd. Rebuilding that blueline makes sense, but Boeser is still a 60 point forward. Maybe better served to try New Jersey there - they have a glut of D and maybe looking to add offense. But, 100% right idea.

If the Canucks eat 50% of Myers, I think you can find a home. He has been decent on a terrible team, just not worth $6 million a year (never was imo). At $3 million for one year, I think you have some buyers. Ottawa maybe worth a look there. Their RD is thin going into this season.

Lastly, I would be playing Raty at 3C. He is good. Take this time to season him.
