Description

Monahan and Edmundston are unlikely to be moved ahead of the deadline. Edmundson will wait until the off-season or next trade deadline when he will be a pending UFA. I see Monahan being resigned in order to be the 3C next year and getting moved at the deadline.

Kasperi Kapanen being on waivers does sound intriguing…

Eddy has a back injury again
IF and i mean IF MTL's smart they have him sit out until next season rehabing his injury.
We can play him next year until the TDL and make a profit.

Playing him just compounds the issue.
Since the year of the SCF he's missed a good chunk of those games with back issues,
Then the next season he starts off on LTIR after a SCF run
Then this season he's spent a lot of time on LTIR and IR for his back

Each year since he pushes himself to hard too fast .
He's at the Kimmo Timmonen point where he needs the right fit as he's almost ready to retire.
If we had a heart we'd move him to LAK for Walker in a trade.
Let him win a cup there because they are in a position where he might help put them over
