Vegas isn't trading a good, young, and controllable defenseman for a rental center who won't help them and a depth defenseman. Trouba would take something more significant.

You have some good and legitimate thoughts although certain things might need to be switched up! I agree with Mr. Hockey here that Vegas wouldn't have a whole lot of interest in Bozak {he can be better utilized anyway either on current roster or in trade}, but a pick (2/3rd} and a prospect ie: Brooks/Nielsen would be an easy move.
As far as Winnipeg and Trouba, I think if Winnipeg could balance their top 4 with a LD ie: Gardiner, and pull in an A prospect (Kapanen) that likely would be more than enough. If a lessor prospect ie: Leivo, you might have to add a pick. Once again under this situation I think a 2nd rounder more likely than a first!
