Just seeing what’s possible to do with this team after Allvin’s delusional post deadline comments about trying to make the playoffs next year. If OEL somehow LTIRetires, and the Canucks get a top 3 draft pick, and some guys like Hoglander/Podkolzin/Raty have a breakout season, maybe this team could make the playoffs. Seems very unlikely though.

Carter won’t waive. He’d probably LTIR retire before waiving. Also, pens don’t need another RW. Make it Miller.

This is obviously not supposed to be a realistic or most probable outcome, it’s the “best case scenario”. My point with making this roster was to show that it would take so many things to go perfectly just for the Canucks to be a playoff team.
