    As a worst case scenario for Ottawa, this is not bad for them.

    That's basically the value of two 1sts, a 2nd, and a 3rd. The only concern is there's no proven NHL talent coming back but that's the price we'd have to pay.

    I was thinking about adding Mantha but figured that would make the value worse haha

    Yeah, Mantha doesn't have much trade value but if you retained $1.5 million I would do that.

    Mantha would look really good in a Sabre uniform.
    Buffalo may wish to send a player to balance the roster in place of the pick.
