But seriously this team is a major improvement if you ask me. Not only do we improve the defense slightly, but we also are setting up for a perfect stop gap year for the young kids. I think Bolduc would have a serious shot making the NHL next year. Maybe I’m being overly ambitious here, but how does this sound…

1. Snuggerud and 10th overall pick, Oliver Moore, spend the 2023-24 season with Minnesota and win a National Championship on the same line. They’d come into the NHL in 2024-25 and play alongside Buchnevich.

2. Dean and Alexandrov dominate in the AHL next year and come in to replace Vrana and Carter in 2024-25.

And Detroit will take Oliver Moore at 9th if not taken in the top 8 before St Louis.

I think Reinbacher might get picked up by Detroit. Top 6 will go Bedard, Fantilli, Carlsson, Michkov, Benson, Smith. Then I’m guessing Cristall, Perrault, Leonard, Reinbacher, Moore, and Dvorsky are the next 6. Not in that order but those will probably be the 7-12 picks.
