A hell of a lot more than that, Caps want to extend Wilson and he wants an extension in D.C., so there is no urgency for the caps to make a deal, I would say the only deal I would say the capitals would want to make would be for Marner. Given that he is younger than Wilson and he would help Ovi get to the record. Honestly it never happens but Wilson is the NHL's unicorn and the price would have to be crazy. After that the caps would then need to dump salary and even then its only for a guy 3 years younger.

I don't think it'll ever be worth it to trade for Tom Wilson. He's a good player and brings a lot to the table but it will take trading away a lot more than he's worth to get it done.
