It is announced .. when Bettman says options instead of committed to az ..it’s over live seen it multi times… I’m sorry for az fans .. the team would want to cut $$$$ at all costs and bring in more cheap kids with upside .. cap to meet floor but REAL DOLLARS NEAR NONE AS POSSIBLE
