This trade doesn't make much sense either side. Kings are probably set on defense with Doughty, Gavrikov, Anderson, Durzi, Roy, Spence and Bjornfot. If anything changes, they might add a cheaper D.

From the Bruins' perspective, they should move Ullmark and Grzelcyk to clear cap space and gets picks/prospects in return. Now, they take back the same amount of salary.

I personally am on the not trading Ullmark train. And I’m not moving either for a cap dump. Make a hockey trade turcotte is the prospect and getting ardvy and iafallo let you explore trading JD. I wasn’t sure how far along Spence was.

Well, it's not really a "cap dump". You get picks/prospects in return and cap space to sign the RFAs & some UFAs.

So you trade DeBrusk and then extend Arvidsson or lose him for nothing? Unsure about your plan.

I would trade Debrusk and let ardvy walk. Iafallo can play both sides or lysell is ready in his 3rd year in NA. This team is going to need a center in the next 2 years moving JD and letting ardvy walk gives you assets now and cap space next year to chase one in FA. I’m trying to think 2 steps ahead. Potentially Big center FA class next year

In this case, you lose Arvidsson for nothing and waste an asset.
