The last 2 cup winning goalies started in arizona in the previous years (at least in the final) i would hardly call vejmelka and schmaltz trash, browns not bad either thus far. Not an amazing package at all. The premise is Matthews is not going to extend in toronto. (If he was he wouldnt be traded right?)

What you think your getting for matthews tho is hilarious. But your probably right toronto wont trade him for a reasonable package and will just lose him for nothing in 2024.

I should also mention. I'm doing this from toronto's perspective. Im pretty sure this teams better than what you'll end up with this year. But hey, having one of the best players in the nhl got you to the second round this year.
