Meh. Bert is doing in with Toronto. I'm more intrigued by Toffoli coming into the mix. His age is a little worrisome for a long term extension but,we'll see how he fits

It’s a sweet top-6.
If Toffoli can replicate a 30+ goal season with Jack, the negative of Cat walking (due to needing cash to resign DM) offsets the gain, imo. In a SCF scenario, the Devils won’t have either 2024 or 2025 1sts. This doesn’t fit Fitz’s ‘team control’ top-priorty.
