Description
We can’t play Wheeler and Panarin together because both players are considered pass-first. I think playing Wheeler on the first line with Kreider and Mika, then Panarin with Trocheck and Kakko would be the best option. Kakko’s shot is very underrated and I can see him having a 20-25 goal year this season.

At some point, he needs to find another gear to up his production. He hasn't been bad, but he hasn't done enough to warrant anything larger than this off his ELC.

The farther he gets from his Draft date while putting up the #'s he has been, the less weight his 1OA status carries.

I think it all comes down to coaching. Lav already said that he’s going to devote ice time to Laf and Kakko because Gallant and Quinn have ruined their development. Lafreniere last year had 39 points and only one point came from the power play (because he was never on it).

Would definitely take a crack at Yamamoto. Don't want Pitlick being an everyday player.

I think he definitely could have some upside. If we could get him for less than 1.5, then im all for it.
