The D is very thin so if any injuries happen.... 95 might be wishful thinking. Forwards are deep and maybe Vej steals a bunch of games, just hangs on Dcore

What do you think of this lineup to start season? 13/7 worked well last year

Wanna see geekie for 9 games, but ya that’s solid, with a underrated home ice advantage, and little more luck and offense up front, probably a little less stress on blueline and goalie and need to be perfect, possibly a year early for my prediction.

If AZU gets Matthews next year they just need to sign/trade for 1/2 Dman and they'd legit compete for a cup

Geekie/Cooley/Guenther line will be ready next year as third line

Macc/[2/3C?]/Crouse

Keller/Matthews/Schmaltz would be an amazing top line

Carcone/Bjug/Kerfoot is a legit 3/4 line

D needs help bigly even if Durzi/Moser can be 1/2 LD

Who do you think could use Zuck/Boyd in exchange for D if they both have good seasons until TDL?

I wouldn’t hold your breath on Mathews coming, Toronto throwing everything at him to stay, zuck/Boyd probably add more picks at deadline, possibly dumba also, could see some more purchases with some of those stockpiled seconds, gradual build, possibly another dman drafted in 24 first round. Big question will be with how much the cap goes up, could be perfect opportunity to scoop assets. Could also see some preseason moves or through the season of adding assets, more hockey trades with limited roster spots, but more longterm looks for short term fixes for other teams. This team is going to be legit in not too distant future, a rookie of the year Cooley would be pretty sweet for some hype.
