Revolving door of waivers for depth forwards along with waiver exempt ELC guys. Keep defender depth. Bank cap space utilizing paper transactions with Pyotr…rotating him in occasionally for rest for Freddie and Raanta.

I do think Jarnkrok might be a good buy candidate as a middle six guy who could thrive in the Canes system.

Drury, Coghlan get fresh starts.

Defenders rotate in to keep everyone fresh. Pesce, Chatfield, and Jones can all play both defensive sides.

I think you are under rating both players the Canes get and over rating both players the Canes are sending. He would have been 4th on the team last year in goals. I think you’re sacrificing Drury to get he realized upside today instead of waiting and hoping for Drury.

Having a versatile forward like Jarnkrok with term is pretty valuable to me.

It's because of the retention. And for the Canes Skeji should be worth a lot because of what he does for the canes. Him and Pesce are very good D pair and I'm not sure we want to lose that for a semi good puck moving Dman and an ok power Forward. With Bunting and Noesen the canes don't really need for power forwards. And imo Drury is better at being a center then what Jankrok would bring. And our D pairs would be messed up big time. We'll have to put TDA with Slavin. (Like originally planed) Burns with Orlov ig and Pesce with Chatfield? Pesce needs some who is good offensively to play his best hockey. Skeji's retention is where this whole trade is imposible to do for me. Skeji with retention is better than Lilegren and Jarkrok
