I feel like that’s a lot of term / salary to give bear at this point in his career. He’d likely be the 3rd pair rd, that’s a buncha money for that position.

Term and AAV too steep for Bear , 2 x 2.5 if fair considering he is coming off of shoulder surgery.
Heinen , I would go 1x1.25. Players don’t have leverage at this point.
Also thinking Montreal is on Martinez NT list. I like where you are going but not sure the pieces fit.
