I'd say only way LA does do that is if the pick is lottery protected. Otherwise, pretty good.

So we retain a $1 million on Ericsson and give up a 2018 3rd+6th round pick and only get a 7th rounder back in return if that's the case we hold on to him.

Ericsson deal doesn't make a lot of sense, and TO won't want Glendenning. But I think the rest is on the right track.

Howard gone is a good thing, and Green for a 1st should be possible. If not LA, then Dallas or someone else will be interested.
