Which is probably the right choice. The organization obviously known what's best for kids development. Especially during total tank mode

Organizations fumble the career of players quite literally every year - whether its drastic and effects their entire career, or stagnates a few to a handful of years of their career.

It's entirely, sorry mostly up to the player. Either mental &/or physical, including desire, skill, athleticism, genes, biology. Coaches, trainers & therapist are there to help them along, not destroy them!? That's tmz mentality lol

If you don’t think there’s a single instance, or a track record of poor player development by an NHL organization then you clearly have blinders on lol.

100% there are situations that are on the player - mood, attitude, effort, professionalism, ethics, work ethic, mental, physical.

But if you believe the organization is 100% right all the time you’re sorely mistaken.

Fair point, the problem is sometimes it’s bringing them up to early, some times it’s not giving them an opportunity, sometimes it’s just bad luck.

I will say we’re not doing Bordeleau any good right now playing in the NHL.

Sharks have a history of rushing players too soon and hurting their careers and for me Bordeleau isn’t cutting it. I expected this and accept it.
But Thrun down and Vlasic up and Knyzhov benched is a head scratcher.
