Come on! Flames fans have been bang on with their evaluations, they were adamant that Zadorov was worth a 1st plus and that's what they got!.......oh wait.

I am usually concerned when the Leafs give up a 1st for a pending UFA. Not sure when that has worked out for the Leafs to give a 1st for a rental...

Tanev is also older than TJ Brodie and plays a reckless game. I realize that he is considered a warrior but I found Bieska hit the nail on the head when he asked oft-injured Tanev "Why don't you use your shin pads to block a shot?" Everyone laughed but I thought it was a legitamite question. Tanev puts himself in vulnerable positions when defending.
