"Former 8th overall" isn't the boast you think it is. But honestly, I have no idea why Edmonton would get rid of Broberg, but here we apparently are.

Well it’s a boast that can get us another former 1st rounder that has stalled on another team or can’t find ice time at his position (like Broberg).

Someone like Wahlstrom fits the bill in NYI. And NYI want to get rid of Wahlstrom.

So…… yeh Taylor Tack or whatever won’t work.

Dude, Yakupov is a former 1OA... the draft position in and of itself holds no value. And if a guy asks out, you're almost never getting full value for him anyway.
