Konecny would be nice, but no chance Winnipeg pays that much for a little over a year of him, or lessens the value of the package they offer by including Schmidt.

Walker does nothing for Winnipeg. The Jets don't need another bottom pairing defenseman.

As for Konecny, I would rather Lindholm to play 2C as Perfetti and Vilardi are wingers, not C's
