Starting to wonder if the Sabres keep Mitts and trade a different player under contract. Sabres are a Mess right now. Hate to say it, because it has happened so much but they need a Big Shakeup.

I thought about another scenario. You get Schneider, a first round pick 2024 and prospect. And NYR gets Mittelstadt, Jokiharju 50 % retained and Krebs. Personally I think BUF needs to make roster space for all those top 6 type of forwards you have. As for NYR they can trade rights of Mittelstadt after the season and gets prospects and picks back, because they won't be able to resign him.

If not Mittelstadt in this hypothetical scenario who did you have in mind? I'm just curious

Yeah swede the only player I want is Trouba, and that isn't gonna happen. If I am trading Mitts it's for a Top 4RD with some snarl. And I have the sugar to add if need be. Just those players don't grow on Trees.

Not trying to be a D!ck to you Swede, hope you know that, I respect you on here. Just really am lost for Words on the Sabres at this point. I knew they had holes, but wasn't expecting this.
