Blues decline easily but leafs also aren’t doing any big moves brad literally said he’s just watching the team and seeing how he can upgrade for next year in the offseason minimal buying if any and Vegas has LTIR room? What is that suppose to mean Bert isn’t going to LTIR and they likely decline the offer as is anyways Bert doesn’t have much value if any at full cap hit lol
