Not commenting on Hayes value. But there’s really not a big reason for the Blues to trade him for a 3rd. We don’t have anyone waiting to get playing time at the NHL level, and Schenn I’m not sure sticks long term at center. Hayes at least is pretty decent at possessing the puck and prolonging shifts in the ozone.
