$13M is A LOT. But, I don't think there is any downside, besides serious injury, for Petey not to wait and see how the season ends. If they win the cup, this is in the Nate MacK range so it's not impossible.

Agents are all about comparables.

They'll be looking at his Canucks numbers.

Not his Red Wings numbers.

He'll be paid a higher AAV than what the OP suggested.

Canucks will not be moving on at all. 🤭
