Both teams decline. Caps asking for 1st on Dowd, they won’t get it. But it will be much better than this.

Philly wants a hockey trade for Frost. Talent for talent. This trade is fair but does not meet their terms.

Flyers easily pass, Boquist hasn't proven anything at the NHL level and is older than Frost. Merkulov is interesting, but he will be 24 this season and can't sniff the NHL. Both picks are 3 drafts away, that isn't really what Philly is looking for.
