Fire Sullivan. Penguins haven’t won a playoff series since 2018. Penguins haven't made the playoffs for arguably 3 years in a row now too. He doesn't play top 6 talent in the top 6 like Granlund who's doing fine now in San Jose in a top 6 role unlike his 4th line role when he was here. Same went for Kessel. Nylanders skillset would've been great for the top 6 and he's doing better for CBJ now too in that role. Same goes for where to play and not to play young talent, defensive talent, offensive talent. Doesn't have a clue with goalie starters either. When you need scoring in a game, you should be stacking your best on a line too. He never does. Crosby and Malkin have basically never played together except the power play. However, the 2021 NYI series comes to mind where he put them together with kessel for 1 short shift at the end of a losing elimination game. This should've been the starting line and probably a few games ago too. Pens struggled to score in that series but he kept what doesn't work. To this day he still can't see what's not working and what does well enough. Just some problems and fixes for today's roster includes but is not limited to making Nedeljkovic starter 1a and Jarry 1b. Nedeljkovic has been better not that jarry has been bad or light years worse. They've both been good at times and inconsistent. Wake up call too on Dubas' end. Trade your mistake of a contract. 5 million for a goalie when your other goalie does the same for way less. And jarry faulters when games matter most and other goalies with similar contracts have more accolades. Another problem eller is good but not our 3rd line centre he should be on a grind line withh Acciari on the 4th line. Zohorna has been great possession wise and everything just like DOC so play him like DOC. Ian cole is a good defensive defenseman. Lafferty was a good bottom 6 player should've played him more. The list goes on and on. Don't trade guentzel or Smith or rust. Stop playing or rostering bemstrom all he does is skate around.
