Description
I'm so mad NYR said no to this. But Ducks wanted a 1st + Kakko for Henrique + Vatrano. How does that feel with all of your insane over-valuing?

Wennberg to EDM is obviously hypothetical and not real. NYR wouldn't have needed 75% retention, but too much work to reverse. NYR maybe add a minor pick/prospect for Vatrano retention.

Vatrano for 2 years > an injured Guentzal for 1 post season + whatever Kakko does next year. Besides the fact Jake might end up costing Kakko, anyway.

Henrique > Wennberg by at least seven dozen country miles.

And I mainly just want to shove it where the sun doesn't shine on these absolutely annoying Ducks people

Well I'm not gonna argue with ya, this is mainly for telling Ducks fans to ligma.

But Jake is gonna cost a 1st + Othmann or Kakko considerinf the bidding war going on right now, so I would have rathered to have Vatrano for term reasons, even if he's not as good.

Vatrano is still gonna cost 1st + prospect when Guentzel is the way better player and cost a bit more

Only benefit is Vatrano has term…that is his only benefit
