I think it's a more than fair offer but, if I was Florida I'd want to keep Bennett for another 1-2yrs just to make 100% sure Lundell can play that 2nd Center spot and have Bennett as insurance

You can trade a guy like Rodrigues or Knight, Bennett is more valuable than those guys so not exactly a dire situation

I don't think knight has a market right now. Rodrigues doesn't get this return. I doubt they will be able to keep Bennett anyways.

Yes Rodrigues doesn't get that value but, Florida is in their Cup winning window so that isn't a priority. Between getting a 1st and A-B prospect and losing your 2C or getting a 3rd and C-D level prospect and only losing a 3rd line winger, too me it's an easy decision.
Knight, if Florida decides to move on could still get at least a 2nd maybe more but, definitely not high on many teams boards
