17/18 deadline brings a decent return for Mike Green. Hicketts finally gets his dues after Green leaves. If Frk and/or Wilson keep doing enough we can also get a mid-rounder for one or both of them.

I have no idea what to do with Mrazek so I've just omitted him from this scenario. Management might just part ways with him or try to trade his rights for SOMETHING. I just don't know. He's unmovable right now and will continue to be unless he starts playing well.

So assuming Mrazek is gone by either trade or something else we re-sign Coreau as a cheap, passable place holder while the younger G prospects develop. Howard plays out his contract or maybe we move him at 2018/19 deadline if he's still playing well.

Kronwall may or may not hit LTIRetirement. Doesn't really matter.

Larkin gets a modest bridge deal. Mantha gets something more long term b/c he's older (and better). AA gets a bridge deal as well. If the values are low, that's ok. We have cap space.

This sets up nice for a stacked 2019/2020 UFA class. I know that most will be re-signed by their current teams but ya never know...Either way, the cap flexibility will be useful.
