Description
Only did this because I heard Dallas was considering trading Nichushkin for a defenseman.. It could also be for Vatanen but if I was anaheim i would keep vatanen over fowler. What do you guys think?

I think there's no way Dallas does this. The ceiling is way too high on Val to trade him just when he is starting to pick up his play. He's fully recovered from his injuries now and has looked like the best player on the ice some nights. He should not be traded and definitely not for a bottom pair defenseman. The defense needs something but not at the cost of Val.

I wouldn't want to trade him either, Just going off of trade rumors. I would probably trade Guryanov in a package deal instead. Also its not like fowler or vatanen play like bottom pair defensemen... Can you think of a better trade? Val/guryanov package for Buff maybe?

Yeah I heard the rumors are from Eklund so you can pretty much disregard them. Would rather wait a couple years to see where Guryanov is at before we trade him. We have plenty of high end prospects we could put together to improve the D. Honka, Shore, Dickinson, Hansson, Lindell, Ritchie.
