yea ive seen a few deals go around w Fabbri. It gets difficult with the retention but this basically gets them off with positive value and 1x1 in dead cap so it should be positive.

Agreed, we need to chat as much cap as possible in order to upgrade other areas. But this clears enough cap to accomplish that.

I wouldn't like retaining on Fabbri but you explanation here is the reason it could happen. I would accept this.
