My take as a Caps fan:

Caps won't resign patches - he's been pretty invisible
As much as I would love Guentzel, I doubt he signs with WSH (just speculation there)
McM probably gets more
Oshie probably LTIR
Kuemper probably is moved somehow (bought out, traded with a sweetener, etc)
Wouldn't be surprised if either TVR or Jensen is moved to free up a spot for Iorio (or a better top 4 RHD)
