Description

MAYBE the Hawks grab a vet up front but that's 50/50 depending on how they feel about Nazar and to a much lesser degree Dach and Slaggert. If they feel all 3 are ready next year then there is very low chance they add a vet up front, but I could see them having interest in Laine to play with Hall and Bedard if Colombus wants to move on.

Next year Hawks will finish bottom 6 in the league (4th to 6th worst team), not as bad as the last two seasons; barring injuries, but still a good lottery draft pick and chance at #1OA.

Summer of 2025 is when the Hawks will bring up Moore, Rinzel, possibly Commesso and look to add veteran free agents to start trying to compete in 25/26 with playoff hopes in 26/27.
