They get paid during the season they are earned.
Scroll where the cap is displayed it goes in the “bonuses “ category above Cap Space. You’ll notice it says 0 as this is 2024-25, if you start a 2023-24 ACGM you will see $1850000 in the bonuses that’s where Sanderson’s bonus has been paid. You can further confirm this by visiting a ACGM you created from earlier in season from before the bonus threshold was reached. It will likely say “0$” in bonus category.
