Description

Many players still may not want to sign even though moving to Utah. By overpaying a little, maybe you can get Skjej. The Toronto trade provides good depth for the next couple years while waiting for prospects to develop. When a player such as Guenther or Doan prove worth it you don't care if Jarnkrok or Kampf plays less as you are not against the cap.

Higher pick is going the wrong way. Leafs would need to pay to dump. Certainly not give a 2nd
