It's going to be difficult to fit Simmonds into the salary cap, since we have Kucherov's raise soon

Only for 2 years though. He's one of the best scoring wingers you'll be able to get.

I think we can get more for Simmonds. I think that someone like Kirill Kaprizov or Sam Steel would be ideal, but I'm not too high on Taylor Raddysh and I would rather give that position to Wade Allison when we are able to sign him.

An ideal Simmonds trade would be something like this:
