What BM should try

It's not my preferred line-up with a healthy team, but it's pretty good. Whilst I like Ritchie and don't want him removed from the line-up, I'm also not against him getting the Mantha treatment by being sent down to the AHL affiliate to work on his game. He makes some good plays at times, but he needs to work on his passing and his release. He's solid against the boards, we know that. I want to see more from him when he's got open ice in front of him. He's got a fast wrister and a powerful slapshot, but his shots of so inaccurate that they often just end up going into the chest pad of the opposing goalie. Also, his release is so slow that it just allows the opposing D time to get there sticks in front of the puck. I think he needs to work on these two areas as well as his passing, particularly around and behind the net.
