The cap could be as high as $82 million this year no way is Tavares signing for $8 million per when he will have tons of bidders on him.

Tavares talks start at $12M x 7 years.
Way too much for Danault unless it's for 5 years minimum.
Dallas ... maybe, but if the plan is to win with Tavares, Alzner is the kind of warrior you'll need.
Also, if you toss Alzner aside at the deadline, why would De Haan trust MTL when it comes to sign next summer?
