Description
I saw a similar Saad trade in another Armchair GM team. Figured it was worth a shot if he doesn’t bounce back next year.

Arty will probably get moved tomorrow on the trade deadline, but if not, I like this deal for him. I tried to be somewhat similar to the Brassard deal but obviously the assets weren’t the same between Pittsburgh and Columbus.

I think John Moore would be a solid signing, and I could see the Hawks rolling with 7 d-man next season’s and double shifting Kane on the 4th line. This is a good way to limit Seabrooks ice time and allow him to be somewhat relevant and not a liability.

I don't think MTL is in the market to give up assets for another winger. You should probably look at teams like ANA (probably with retention) PHI, SJS, and maybe STL.

I did think about that afterwards, and how Montreal needs a center.

Yep...if he played center i think they'd definitely do it...even though I've been high on Scherbak..he's developing slower then anticipated but I'm seeing some progress!!
