Description
Ottawa keeps Karlsson and trades a bad contract for a bad contract that helps the defense. Arizona takes Hossa contract for a 2nd round pick. Montreal gets a center and 2nd round pick for Galch who isn't consistent with them. Hawks give up a late 1st rounder to get a back up goalie that can take over if Crawford continues with vertigo issues. Try and sign Bernier as a safety net if Crawford is out long term.

Pretty solid, I don’t know if Montreal would want to retain on Chucky but they certainly could, as they have a ton of cap space. You could clear up another million bucks but sending down Gustafsson, as you have an extra player on the roster. Oh, the cap is projected to go up to around 80 million too so you could have another 5 million there. The Seabrook Trade isn’t bad, but yet again I don’t think the Sens will want to retain, and they’ll be lacking cap space because they need to extend or resign Karlsson. They aren’t like Montreal where they have all the caps pace in the world right now.
