Resigning an aging James Neal (with a raise) an aging Perron and William Karlsson after 1 outlier year each could be a mistake. Personally I'd resign one of Neal and Perron short term, but not both. The other I'd trade their rights at the draft. For Karlsson, I'd be hesitant to look him in expensive for more than 3 or 4 years.

I don't agree with signing both Neal and Perron. I think they pretty much decided they weren't going to resign one of Neal / Perron when they traded for Tatar and his contract. They probably wouldn't have traded a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd for Tatar if they knew they would be able to bring both back.
