Description
Bring back Jensen.

offers for Spooner/Hayes/Namestnikov are maximum what I'd offer. rotate them back to C if necessary, but priority is developing Andersson and Chytil there. that lineup gives them enough security and decent linemates to do so. 4th line can be effective without McLeod clogging it up. D is shaky, but if Skjei gets his stuff together and Shattenkirk stays healthy, it might be okay. give Georgiev more responsibilities and see if we have another Grubauer on our hands. Draft Hughes at #10 and Bokk at #26.

bring over Virta and Rykov to the AHL.

he's still under team control. he's putting up great numbers in the KHL and I believe he can still be an okay NHL player that can form a decent 4th line and slot up somewhere else if necessary. if there's someone else in the bargain bin go for it, but he's the youngest guy that fits this mold.

realized I forgot Vesey and Nieves. though I'd trade Veseys rights at the draft if someone wants him, I'm not high on him

he is probably making more in KHL then he would here and 1.75 mil on 4th line is a lot, there is probably a reason they arent bringing him over especially when they were trying to win earlier in the season

like I said, I believe he can slot in higher. if not, it's a relatively low risk deal. I couldn't find info on this year, but last year there only 7 players in the KHL making more than that. 1,75M would slot him between Dadonov and Shipachyov who are top players on the richest team. and he's playing in Finland where the cost of living is higher iirc (citation needed), so I think this offer is not out of the ordinary and it would come down to whether he wants another shot at the NHL or take the option for next year with Jokerit.
