So you want to trade Galchenyuk ($4.9M for 2 years) and three more pieces for RNH ($6M for 3) even though Chucky has outscored RNH in each of the last 3 years? Galchenyuk has also had nowhere near the opportunities to score that Edmonton has afford RNH. Straight up, maybe. But this deal makes no sense at all.

Buffalo deal also makes little sense, but this time for Buff. They have oodles of young talent. Danault, Lindgren, and Scherbak have no value to them. Petry, maybe, but they've got a pretty good and young D, so they wouldn't give up a lot to get Petry.
