any fool knows that if you pay enough they'll move any superstar just ask Wayne Gretzky about that Well Documented point in History when it happened to the greatest hockey player of all time .

Kucherov is a pending UFA but i still think you'd need to add another Conditional 1st atleast saying if he re-signs with MTL they get compensated .
this way MTL doesnt over pay for a rental and TBL doesnt lose out on its return.
