The NTCs might get in the way. Also so many good teams have cap issues, so there is "No Country for Old Men". Sorry they remain Blues.

Yeah I think the Blues would be willing to retain some salary. Bouwmeester might be willing to move NTC to a different team than the Isles such as Edmonton or Calgary (close to home). Steen is trickier.

That said, Army has had a knack for figuring out how to get players to Waive. Done it a ton in the past.

I don't think this will actually happen, but Army might have to save Yeo from himself.
