I think the Habs have a good chance of signing Jimmy Schuldt - he's attended their camps, he's pals with Ryan Poehling and he could walk on into at least a 3rd pairing role, if not second.

If that's the case, I think the Habs have all the pieces they need to be a contender once the rookies get a little seasoning. Next year, playoffs. Year after that? The sky's the limit.

completely agree. hopefully we can get more high picks for the 2019 draft, and load up even more talent.

And load up on LHD and maybe another guy with a scoring touch for RW. I didn't include anyone from this coming draft on the roster because it's so much up in the air where we'll be drafting and if that player will be NHL ready.
