There is very little chance Toronto trades for DeKeyser. His contract makes him almost untradeable. Toronto has 3 players they really want to resign Matthews, Marner and Gardner, but that won't happen with DeKeyser. I'd choose Gardner over DeKeyser all day long. I used to think Babcock would try to get Glendening but now who does Glendening replace?

I have no idea about the trade with the Aves It looks good from the Wings point of view, but they don't really have a chance of making it of the second round. So it might be better to wait a season or 2 before they start selling future to win now. Plus Mike Green's list of teams he'd go to was Washington and Tampa Bay.

I do like the Eberle singing but getting players to sign with Detroit right now isn't going to be easy to rebuild correctly I think we need to miss the playoffs next season as well.
